What I believe
Custom beats off-the-shelf.
I won’t sell you software you didn’t help design. Off-the-shelf CRMs are built for the average business — and most businesses aren’t average. The people living with the friction or benefiting from the fit deserve real input into how the system works.
My job isn’t to ship a CRM and walk away. It’s to sit down with you, learn how your operation actually runs, and build the structure around your workflow — not the other way around. You know your business better than I ever will. The system should reflect that.
What I see
The chaos is real.
Most business owners I talk to are running ten things at once. Managing workers. Juggling workflows. Tracking jobs across Excel spreadsheets, sticky notes, and notebooks that live on three different desks. The information lives everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
That’s not a discipline problem — it’s a tool problem. The right system doesn’t replace the way you run your business. It gets the chaos out of your way so you can focus on the work that actually moves the needle.
